Yes. As John told you, you cannot use Pharo. Are
you using it? If so, I
would suggest that you take a Squeak 3.9.1 image and load Pier from
Package
Universes (or SqueakMap).
I confirm, SeasideHosting does not support Pharo. Adrian knows I
complain about that for quite a long time :-).
