this SmallWiki Bundle is version: (0.9.49,lukas)
and in fact the
image directory has the /Resources path where all indicates it's
storing
the resources files (.zip, .jpg, etc).
This is strange, since I never wrote a package that stores
anything else than the image-file to the file-system. An exception
to this is maybe the SIXX persistency that I didn't develop
further and that I don't suggest to use anyway.
