I am trying to load a couple of Pier Addons, but
several of them seem
to depend on the MADistribution class.
What are these dependencies exactly? This is sort of strange ...
MADistribution used to be part of Magritte-Core and it contained
utilities to automatically build SqueakMap releases. Since this code
is not portable to other platforms I moved it into its own package,
and later refactored to also create Package Universe releases.
