PRDistribution class: makePrivate and makePublic method are identical

Hello In the class PRDistribution (Pier 1.0.17) I found that the methods makePrivate and makePublic are identical. I assume this is an error. How does a fix look like. Or do I need to load a Security addin/overlay which patches these functions?
