Hi Serge,
if you want you might download the templates to your own computer, just
browse the directory
http://www.iam.unibe.ch/~scg/smallwiki/
and fetch the files you need.
If you don't have no web-server running on you computer, you can put
the file style.css and header.png as resources somewhere into your
wiki. Just make sure that the path is changed in style.css and that you
update the import in the template editor.
