Hi Alex,
The What's new is simply a component that shows a summary of the entries from a blog
component. Thus, to have something appear in What's new, you need to add a post in the
blog with a valid date.
Oh... I was missing the current date...

have a look here [1] that might solve your problem. I can see that it is difficult but I
hoper we find some time soon to improve documentation on pier.

I read the thread and I am still not able to add a new entry in the What's new.
I still have no idea how to add entries :-(
Frankly speaking, this is not a documentation that is needed. I do not need to read a
documentation when I install CMSimple or doku.
