committed the 'ordered' part.
- ToManyRelationDescriptions can now be ordered.
- OneToManyComponents get a 'up' and 'down' command to change the
order.
Please have a look and tell me if I did something wrong!
Looks cool, nothing to complain about, I will continue to work on

The only thing: Where are the tests?
