thanks for all your feedback so far on our retreat in September.
As you can see from our GitLab page,

we need to do some more detailed planning of the agenda.
Actually, we want to spend most of the time (ca. 2 days) in working
groups, e.g.:
- hacking sessions (studies, analyses, tooling)
- paper sprints
- shaping of new project ideas
- other peer-to-peer discussions
I am collecting potential topics for the working groups.
If you have sth. in mind, please let me know by the end of August, latest.

As you will have read in the email from HR dated 28.12.2023, we must
enter absences in the new Times system with immediate effect.
The procedure will be as follows:
1. Everyone requests the absences as usual from Kaspar and gives me the
signed form. A confirmation by e-mail is also possible then please
put me in the CC.
2. *All employees enter their absences themselves in Times, at the
latest by the end of the month in which the absence occurs. *
3. I must confirm the monthly entries by the third of the following month.
