Be very mindful of the timeframe: Activities * For Scientific Boards and Steering Committee, you must be a member during the timeframe above. * For Conference Chairing and Organization, Program Committees, Reviewing Acitivities, the conference must take place in the timeframe above.* * For Presentations, the presentation must have been held in the timeframe above (ex.: at a conference during that timeframe). * Even for the longer activities such as reviewing, we need a cut-off date to decide if the activity is included in the current report or the report of the next academic year.
