As you will have read in the email from HR dated 28.12.2023, we must enter absences in the new Times system with immediate effect. The procedure will be as follows:
1. Everyone requests the absences as usual from Kaspar and gives me the signed form. A confirmation by e-mail is also possible then please put me in the CC. 2. *All employees enter their absences themselves in Times, at the latest by the end of the month in which the absence occurs. * 3. I must confirm the monthly entries by the third of the following month.

Absences that must be entered: Vacations, Military, Illness...
*As doctoral students and postdocs, you still only record your absences.* *Research assistants and teaching assistants must also record their working hours*
