As you will have read in the email from HR dated 28.12.2023, we
must enter absences in the new Times system with immediate effect.
The procedure will be as follows:

Absences that must be entered: Vacations, Military, Illness...
As doctoral students and postdocs, you still only record your
absences.
Research assistants and teaching assistants must also record
their working hours
