1) Go to http://localhost:8080/seaside/pier
2) Log in with pier/admin
3) go down where thecommands are
4) Click in "+_Environment"
5) Click in Event Title
6) edit

As you can see the rendered of that "Event Title" is in a Pier component called "Event Title"
