Personnel: Changed layout of section/Personnel/(2 columns with multicolumn headers)

• new command \emailAddr to format email addresses
• new command \phoneNumber to format phone numbers
• new command \homePage to format URLs

Subsection Theses

New subsection "Theses" containing subsubsections PhD, Master, Bachelor Theses, ...

CCN & CGG

• phone numbers: Removed old, non operative numbers, updated wrong numbers
