"Führungspersonen nehmen gemeinsam mit ihren Mitarbeitenden mindestens einmal jährlich eine Standortbestimmung in Form eines Mitarbeitendengesprächs (MAG) vor. Der Dialog mit Rück- und Ausblick schafft die Grundlage zur vertrauensvollen und transparenten Zusammenarbeit und fördert die kontinuierliche berufliche Entwicklung."
Basically means: We have at least one annual meeting (MAG) to reflect on the past year and plan ahead.
As part of these meetings, some paper work needs to be done, serving as a guideline and documentation for our discussion. The forms (see attachment) differ a bit depending on your employment:

Please take a look at the relevant forms beforehand and think about the individual points. Please keep in mind: - The forms are generic; not every point will apply to your specific situation. - Please do not see this as a mere administrative obligation but as an opportunity to reflect on your progress during the past year and to plan your goals and priorities for the next year.
Research outcomes are not always predictable, but having a plan is never wrong ;-)
