Thanks for your feedback on this.
My lessons learnt:
- monthly schedule is fine
- first Thursday / month is ok, but time slot 13:00 - 15:00 is more
convenient
- 2h might be too long, let's aim for 90 mins (well, depends on the
discussion, we'll see)
- "Townhall meeting" is not a good name, so let's call it "SEG
Monthly"
No rules without exceptions: For the first Thursday in December, we will
start 14:30 and not 13:00 ;-)
