It will be great if you could spread the message among your students. We are looking for volunteers for the XP 2025 conference. Here’s an email template we prepared:

Dear all,

 

You may have already heard that the International Conference on Agile Software Development (XP2025) is taking place here on campus in Brugg-Windisch in June.

 

It is one of the leading conferences in the field and offers access to the latest findings and results from research and practice in a very interesting program with exciting presentations, workshops, and keynote speakers. Like many conferences, these also rely on volunteers – and that's why we're looking for you.

 

What does that mean exactly?:

 

You'll receive a 4-day conference pass (including a conference T-shirt), get a taste of the international conference atmosphere, and meet interesting people. In return, you'll help out for at least one day. We need support with:

 

Registration and information

 

Catering at breakfast, during the breaks, and the post-conference aperitif

 

Support with the sessions.

 

It would be best if we could schedule you for a full day, but if necessary, we can split it up into two half days.

We need 3-4 people per day, first come, first served.

 

Of course, you are welcome to spread the word; students from other universities and universities of applied sciences or degree programs, as well as non-university helpers, are also very welcome.
