According to the amended business travel guidelines of Bern University, bookings of train tickets for journeys within Switzerland must be made via SBB Businesstravel as of January 2023.

Expense claims relating to train travels within Switzerland will no longer be accepted.

The costs will directly be forwarded to the university and I will receive a monthly invoice for the group.

Please register as follows: (also check the guidelines in the attachment)

- Register under: https://business.sbb.ch/en/registration/register-employees.html
-contract data: UNI2021, group: 80 815 15_SEG
- after successful registration I will activate your acount
- then you buy your business ticket under: https://www.sbb.ch/de/fahrplan.html choose the payment method "University"

You can also use the SBB app after registering. Before the payment you can choose if you like to pay with your privat credit card or from University card.
