URGENT: SEG Activities for INF Annual Report

Dear all, we have to submit our SEG contributions to the INF annual report. This is urgent, sorry for the short notice: I need to know until *Saturday evening* about "all" relevant activities you did between 1.8.2023 and 31.7.2024 (academic year). To give you an idea of what I mean by "all", please find the report from previous year attached, section "11.7 Activities". Office desks

Hi all We ordered three office desks that are ready to be delivered by the beginning of October. However, I'm on vacation then and can't receive the craftsmen setting up the desks. New guest researcher

Dear all, tomorrow or on Friday, Reza Darooei <reza.darooei(a)gmail.com> will arrive in Bern. Reza is a post-doctoral researcher working at the intersection of medicine and CS. I was helping him a bit in getting a Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship, which allows him to stay for one year, in which he will be hosted by us as a guest researcher. He will collaborate with colleagues from Inselspital on a VR project. If anybody has a bit of time for helping with the onboarding, please let me know. Best, Timo

REMINDER: Seminar topics
