Hi,
for the slides, I think we can use one of the room we have. I’m gonna ask to Gabriela if it is possible to use one of the two rooms after 4 pm for the discussion (the hall is way too hot to meet there =))
Is it ok for you?

Hi,

Thanks, Anne.

I also think it is interesting to look at the meta-model and meta-meta-model. I have some ideas as well, but I am curious to hear your concerns in more details. We definitely need more modular possibilities and a smaller footprint.

One constraint that is important is to keep the mapping to the Pharo objects as straightforward as possible. We currently have a 1-to-1 mapping, and this is important to preserve.

Another issue to keep into consideration if we modify the meta-meta-model is to provide a compatible solution for Java (and possibly other languages).

In the meantime, here a list of some of my issues:
- More importers, ideally for JS, .Net and C/C++

There is a VDM parser from Tomo who is at   ESUG conference.

- Visual editors for manipulating meta-description (there is a start in the inspector now)
- Integration of the SmaCC ASTs in the tools
- PetitParser review
- Duplication detector

Doru

Hi Anne,

I would prefer to have a conversation, rather than presentations.

Would it be possible to send the slides here so that we can look at them beforehand?

Cheers,
Doru

Hi,

Since we get a two year engineer position to enhance the heart (FAMIX and FAME) of Moose, I prepared some slides. So it could be good if we can have access to a video projector.

See you in Prague.

This is cool.

So, we make it on Wednesday at 16:30 then. It’s even better to have it on a day with a shorter program.

Cheers,
Doru

I know that I should not say it :) I do not know exactly when the social event starts but it will not start
at 16h30. I think that I should change the schedule to mark free time then social event.
I will ask the local organiser to tell me the exact dates.

So I suggest that we can do it at 16h30 wednesday

Hi,

We can move it, but Wednesday we have the social event. We could do it Thursday at 6:30 pm. Or we can do two :). What do people say?

Would anyone else be interested?
