The reason is that ConfigurationOfMooseAlgos does not know about the newly created package: Moose-Algo-Lattice.So, you have to add this package to the ConfigurationOfMooseAlgos>>default:But, before you do that, you should rename the package to Moose-Algos-Lattice.
