In Roassal1.391 we have introduced a #block: accessor to ROAddName. For example:

testBlock

        | addedElement |
        ROAddName new
                block: [ :el | 2 printString ];
                toElement: element.
        addedElement := element view elements last.
        self assert: addedElement model = '2'
