We start this morning to work on Kendrick and Ebola models with Mai Anh.

including visualisation issues.

Apparently there is a missing countries in RTSVGPath>>Gambia.
There is no Gambia country.

The same for RTMapBuilder>>countriesPopulation there is no Gambia population.
