It worked for me Usman, no problem.

As a test do:

isFlag

<MSEProperty: #isFlag type: #Boolean>

<MSEComment: 'my flag'>

^ true

Then, MooseModel resetMeta.

It will export ok:

Most probably your #isFlag property is nil, then it is not exported in the MSE file
