For some reason, if we load the development version of ConfigurationOfMoose, the Rubric package does not get updated. If I load the development version of ConfigurationOfGlamour, it still does not get updated.

But, if I load the development version of ConfigurationOfGlamourCore, Rubric does get updated.

I do not understand why.

Until we figure it out, the Moose 5.1 load job loads first the ConfigurationOfGlamourCore development.
