Try this:
b := RTCircularTreeMapBuilder new.
b 
leafColor: Color red;
leafWeight: 1;
explore: ArrayedCollection
nesting: #subclasses
leaves: #methods.
b

And the leaves will not get colored (also, the exampleFileSystem shows the same problem):
