The code to generate the charts you can find in the project FindBugs in squeaksource.
Have a look in IRGoogleCodeRepositoryBuilder class>>onMoose. It is so simple now and it just reading the issues data from Google Issues CSV. This CSV you can download from, for example, http://code.google.com/p/moose-technology/issues/csv or clicking in the bottom-right of Google Issues.
