Dear PhD students,

We are organizing a summer school for PhD students on Complex Software Systems at the Department of Informatics, University of Zurich:

We have been able to attract both international and local scientists as lecturers. The summer school is open to all who want to deepen and widen their knowledge on Complex Software Systems. 
PhD students have the opportunity to acquire ECTS credits for their degrees.

Semantic Web Technologies in Software Engineering, Dr. Gerald Reif, UZH
Business Process Modeling, Dr. Jana Köhler, IBM Research
Recurring Architectural Decisions - A Context-Specific Guide through SOA Design, Dr. Olaf Zimmermann, IBM Research

The goal is to promote state-of-the-art research on Complex Software Systems as well as basic technologies to build and assure the quality of such systems.
